Yesterday

It's very possible that yesterday you noticed a disturbance in the Force. I somehow allowed myself to run out of coffee. All. Out. As in none. That situation was rectified immediately. Now that the crisis is adverted, hop on over to see Julie and Amanda today.. and comment to enter yourself into the drawing for those rulers!

Okay, now we have to figure out if YOU caused this shift in the Force or I did. You see, somehow someone (I won't say who) clicked on an "update this software" thingy on my computer and all hell has broken loose. My homepage is now in some other galaxy. I really miss it. I want it back. I have started to rebuild a sad, step-child facsimile, but it's not the same. Anyhoo.....someone do something and get the universe back in shape. Geesh. Get Pam a cup a JOE right now!!!!

So you're the one that knocked the power out of my car battery...holy smokes do I need to send you a glass box with a sign on it that reads "break glass in case of emergency" and a reserve bag of coffee in it? Please no more force disturbances, my last week had enough chaos all on its own thank you!

I ran out of half & half this morning. And crazy... I have a full bag of Peet's. And crazy too... I see Cindy/Chicken lady is out of cream too!

SOMETHING is going on. Maybe we've been abducted by aliens, and we just don't know it. If those Livermore aliens in the living room window at Christmas time are drinking coffee - we'll have our proof.

So I would be besides myself with no caffeine. I do have a stopgap, only to be used in times of emergency...the Starbucks ready brew ( I know... its really instant) its not bad at all. Its enough of a caffeine boost to carry me along out the door for real coffee!

The world would stop until I had my coffee fix. I store enough in my freezer, my sister thinks that I have a black-market deal going.
